Use your registered account details. For privacy, SDPI shows the same public response whether or not an account matches.

Reset link is valid for 60 minutes, can be used once, and a newer request invalidates the previous unused link. A short resend cooldown/rate limit applies.
Student recovery requires the official Registration No. plus registered email.
